Overview
Pearson Manufacturing provides consumer product and appliance OEMs access to high-quality components. Through a hybrid fulfillment model — in-house production and certified Canadian partners — we manage quoting, sourcing, QA, packaging, and logistics from prototype to production.
⚠️ Hybrid fulfillment: not all work is performed on-site. Routing is selected for capability, schedule, and compliance under Pearson QA.

Quick Specs
Build Type | Best For | Throughput | Notes |
---|---|---|---|
Prototype | Fit/feel prove-outs, design iteration | Fast | Manual/CNC setups, quick-turn finishes, DFM feedback |
Pilot / Pre-Production | Build confidence, validate assembly | Medium | Repeatable workholding, pre-prod gauges, PPAP-lite |
Production | Steady appliance/component volumes | High | Process control plans, cosmetic checks, packaging specs |
Cosmetic / Decorative | Visible trims & bezels | Medium | Finish samples, gloss/texture targets, touch-safe edges |
