Overview

Pearson Manufacturing offers access to mechanical subassembly, fit-up, and validation workflows through a hybrid fulfillment model. Some projects are completed at our Ontario facility, while others are routed through our vetted Canadian supplier network. We coordinate QA, inspection, and shipment to ensure your assemblies meet requirements before arriving on your floor.

⚠️ We do not manufacture or assemble all components in-house — we act as your sourcing and fulfillment partner.

FAQs

Is assembly done in-house or externally?

Pearson coordinates both. Some subassemblies are completed at our Ontario facility, while others are handled by our trusted Canadian partners — always under our QA process.

Do you offer electrical testing?

Not directly. Our focus is on mechanical fit-up and test validation, but we can coordinate with integrators if electrical inspection is required.

Can you pre-assemble and kit parts for pilot runs?

Yes. Whether in-house or through our partners, we regularly support subassembly and kitting workflows tailored for low-volume or pilot builds.
