Overview

The electronics and semiconductor sectors demand extreme precision, environmental control, and tight quality standards. Pearson acts as your sourcing and fulfillment partner—offering access to both our in-house machining and a trusted network of certified Canadian partners for cleanroom and ESD-sensitive work.

⚠️ Hybrid fulfillment: routing is selected for capability, schedule, and compliance under Pearson QA. Not all work is performed on-site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this work done in-house or by a partner?

We operate a hybrid model. Some parts are machined at our Ontario facility; others are fulfilled by vetted Canadian electronics/semiconductor partners under Pearson QA.

Do you manage sourcing, logistics, and quality control?

Yes. We coordinate communication, inspection, documentation, and delivery across internal and partner facilities for a seamless program.

Are your suppliers certified and ESD-compliant?

Partners follow ESD controls (e.g., ANSI/ESD S20.20) and cleanroom protocols appropriate to the build. Specific certifications can be aligned to your RFQ.

What files and documentation do you accept?

STEP/IGES, native CAD (by request), and PDF drawings with tolerances/finishes. For assemblies, include BoMs, handling notes, and any IPC/cleanroom requirements.
