What We Install

  • Custom-machined component fit-up & precision alignment
  • Hydraulic cylinder/fluid power assembly installation & seal checks
  • Frames, brackets, bushings, and mechanical assemblies mounting
  • Onsite retrofitting/adaptation of worn or legacy parts
  • Precision leveling and parallelism checks for equipment and ways
  • Torque-controlled fastening with documented results
  • Coordination of rigging/hoisting and site access

DFM & Site Prep

  • Provide mounting hole patterns, datum references, and any shim/grout plan for bases.
  • Share equipment mass, center of gravity (if known), lift points, and required clearances.
  • Include torque specs, lubrication notes, seal orientation, and any run-in procedures.
  • Flag alignment tolerances (flatness, level, concentricity, parallelism) and measurement method.
  • Confirm site rules (LOTO, hot work, PPE), access constraints, and allowable work windows.
  • Attach photos of the site and legacy hardware; note utilities or services that must be isolated.

We’ll confirm sequencing, access, and documentation requirements before mobilization.

Installation FAQs

Do you provide turnkey onsite installation?

Yes. Depending on scope and location, installation is performed by Pearson field staff or a coordinated partner team. We handle planning, access, and commissioning support. Request an installation quote — include drawings, site photos, access constraints, and your target window.

Can you coordinate with third-party contractors?

Absolutely. We routinely collaborate with electricians, pipefitters, millwrights, and safety teams to sequence work and minimize downtime.

What size or weight can you handle?

We assist from small subassemblies to multi-ton equipment. Hoisting/rigging is provided directly or via certified teams with lift plans and supervision.

What documentation do you provide?

On request we supply torque logs, alignment/level records, checklists, and photos. Sign-offs can tie to your work order or quality plan.

Can you work off-hours or during shutdowns?

Yes. Planned outages and off-shift work can be scheduled in advance; include your target window in the RFQ.
