Aluminum FAQ

What aluminum grades do you support?

We machine 6061, 7075, MIC-6 cast plate, 2024, 5052, 5083, and custom alloys through our shop or qualified Canadian partners.

Can you weld aluminum?

Yes — TIG welding for aluminum is available in-house and through trusted partners depending on geometry and scope.

What tolerances can you hold on aluminum parts?

Tolerances of ±0.002″ (±0.05 mm) or better are routinely achieved, based on part design and fulfillment route.

Do you offer finishing services?

Yes. We coordinate anodizing, powder coating, and other aluminum finishing options through certified local providers.

What forming services do you provide?

We offer brake forming, bending, and shaping of aluminum — performed either in-house or through fabrication partners.
