How do I get a fast gantry milling quote?
Upload STEP/IGES and a PDF showing datums, hole map, thickness, material (e.g., MIC-6, A36), quantity, and target date. If you have flatness/squareness targets, note them so we can plan fixturing and inspection.
What size can you handle?
Example capacity is up to ~40′+ in length, with width/height depending on geometry and fixturing. Share your model and we’ll confirm a suitable envelope and setup.
Can you machine welded fabrications and maintain flatness?
Yes. We commonly fixture weldments, recommend stress-relieving when appropriate, and plan multi-face operations to control distortion and maintain squareness.
Do you provide inspection or FAI for large parts?
