What information helps with quote review?
Quantity, material preference, critical dimensions or tolerances, finish and inspection needs, desired timing, and current files are useful. Unknown details can be discussed after submission.
Are process, material, and tolerance options confirmed by the public directory?
No. Public pages describe common process and material categories. Actual process, equipment, grade, form, tolerance, inspection, documentation, and fulfillment are confirmed per quote.
Can I request quality documents or certificates?
List required inspection records, material documents, or certificates during quoting. No certification, registration, report, or document package is implied until Pearson confirms it for the request.
How does customer-supplied material work?
Tell Pearson during quoting when you plan to provide material. Receiving, custody, documentation, replacement, and remnant instructions are reviewed for the specific job before material is sent.
How are project files protected?
Protected files are handled through permissioned account and project workflows rather than public file URLs. Access depends on the current authenticated role, organization, and project context.
Does creating an account activate a manufacturing supplier?
No. Supplier application, approval, and activation are separate. Pearson manually reviews an application before activation or RFQ eligibility, and activation does not guarantee work.
Can I make a live payment through the site?
Live payments are not currently enabled. Payment-method and transaction controls are not available through the public site.
