Managed Canadian manufacturing marketplace

One request. A managed path forward.

Pearson brings quote review, production coordination, and supported account activity into one clear workflow—with people responsible for each commercial and production decision.

Request to supported job

Five steps, with a clear owner at each one.

The details vary by project. The decision path stays deliberate and review-led.

  1. 01

    Buyer

    Begin the request

Add a protected file or a written part description, then share the quantity, material, timing, and requirements you know. You can begin before signing in; authentication is required before upload or submission.

  2. 02

    Pearson

    Human-managed quote review

Pearson reviews the request and follows up when technical or commercial details need clarification. Pricing, process, documentation, and timing are confirmed through review.

  3. 03

    Buyer

    Review the quote

When a quote version is ready, the authorized buyer can review its items, pricing, and lead-time information, then accept or decline it. Acceptance does not collect payment.

  4. 04

    Pearson

    Coordinate accepted work

Pearson confirms the production path and coordinates the job in-house or with an approved manufacturing partner. Supplier routing and production decisions remain manually controlled.

  5. 05

    Account

    Follow supported activity

Authorized users can follow buyer-safe quote or job status, messages, delivery information, invoices, and shared project documents when those records are available for the job.

Workflow questions

The important boundaries, upfront.

Do I need an account before I start?

No. You can begin describing the request and select a file on your device. You will be asked to authenticate before a protected file is uploaded or the request is submitted.

Will the platform return a price immediately?

No. Pearson reviews each request and may need clarification before sharing pricing, lead-time information, or a production path.

What happens when I accept a quote?

Acceptance records the buyer’s decision; it does not take payment. Any next job steps require Pearson coordination, and order activity appears only after a supported job is created.

What can I follow in my account?

Authorized users can review the records available to their organization, including quote decisions and supported job status, messages, delivery information, invoices, and shared documents when available.

Ready when you are
